Allan Lear has been a business owner for more than 20 years. He is a diesel engineer, inventor, and maintains Master Class 5 Mariner and coxswain certified certificates. Previous work history includes mechanical installations and Qld Transport modification services – turbo design and manufacturing for national distribution. International oil field supervisory roles in a mechanical engineering capacity expanded his operational standards knowledge in many countries. Oil field contracts included India, Australia and Kuwait. Allan has successfully developed four patents including conceptual and technical design innovations. He is well known as a specialist in the Hydrocarbon waste management field providing industry representation at many national environmental conferences and mining expos.

Allan has been a representative at LGAQ and LGANT conferences in relation to waste oil storage and full cycle management.

His interest and expertise in the area of future fuel technologies, bio fuel and superior blending systems has taken the company into many business and government projects.
